Today I jumped on to ebay and guess what? I found a cryolipolysis machine for $1959.00. Of course it is a chineese knock off, but focusing on the point here, we need something that can make our fat into frozen butter right? not to mention that you MUST place antifreeze on your skin to keep it from freezing. the proper method is using antifreeze membranes. So for the cost of a couple of sessions on each side, you can purchase the machine and treat yourself over and over as many times as you’d like for the cost of the membranes. Imagine that!! Each membrane is about $10.00.
Of course you have to be careful with antifreeze. there are several types of anti freeze. You can’t just go down to the store and buy any one of them. You MUST USE THE NON-TOXIC KIND. gLYCOL!!!!! The problem with the knock off is that the manufacturers do not understand the science behind the process. In the paper written by the inventors of this croylipolysis machine, clearly state that it is important the metal plates be used to pinch the skin compression was key! Other than that this knock of machine that I speak of would be very useful as it would keep the tempture at an even amount. Interesting to note though that it uses the same coolent as the breg ice cube machine: Water. Water circulates through the device to keep it cool while vacuming your skin into the device.
