Bone broth:

Bring a large soup pan full of water to a boil and add a rack of ribs in the water.  turn down the heat to simmer and simmer for 24 to 36 hours.   don’ worry about the fat. it will satiate you.  use the bone broth as soup. and add some chopped raw veggies in it.

Knox gelatin:  mix 1/3 cup of knox gelatin with 4 cups of hot water.  add one ta two unsweetened packets of kool aid or 1 cup of cold juice, 1 1/2 tp steveia and stir in the hot water until the gelatin is dissolved.  add 24 oz of ice and stir in the ice till melted.  this is a fast setting gel and you will have a jello-like consistency in 15 min from the moment you poured hot water onto the gelatin.

This recipe makes Knox Blox.  they are a wonderful snack and WILL curb sweet cravings as well as curb unnecessary snacking. the calories are low, but gelatin is extremely good for you as bone broth is too.  It helps keeps connective tissue strong, skin and hair healthy. and is extremely low in calories.
